Established the Norwegian Shipowners Associaton in Brazil and has been involved in the development of contingency training, International Vocational Training Programs.

Initiating Simulator programs and companies and has worked with Cadet and apprentice programs through close cooperation with National and International Private, NGO, Union and Governmental Departments and Bodies, Schools, Colleges and Universities.
